Shaman Nemo

May 25, 2005

My name is Shaman Nemo, unmarried aged thirty nine years.
Both my parent are dead may Lord have mercy upon them, had migrated from Tibet-
now under Chinese control, to India where our King-Priest resides.
I have no living brothers and sisters & have no contact with relative in Tibet.

Prior to my arrest I used to work as a computer programmer, freelancing in India.
I had come to Thailand to buy some second hand computers for a client.
Here, I was assaulted & robbed by five people. One of those assailants fell on
his head & became comatose, when I pushed him, while he was fleeing after robbing me.

Thereupon, I went to the nearest police station to report the incidence but
unfortunately none of the police officer could understand english & since
I was bleeding from the injuries, one of the police officer took me to a
hospital, where I was treated for a dislocated knee, three of my damaged teeth were
extracted & I received a total of 53 stitches on my face and head.

Then the police officer took me to the Indian Embassy on being told by the doctor.
At the Embassy the officials there wanted a weeks time to check with passport office
in India before they would help me register a complain to the for robbery and assault.

Then along with the police officer I returned to the police station. In returning
I came to know through a translator that my assailants had already filed a complaint
against me, even after my passport & airticket & money was obtained from them.

The Indian Embassy didn't help me in any way NOR come to my court when summoned.
Only due to Divine intervention did I get benefit of doubt while losing the case
I was snetenced to five years and subsequently reduced to 3years 9 months on appeal.

I am having problem eating food due to missing teeth & my knee has not healed properly
& still slips sometimes out of socket causing a lot of pain.

Indian embassy doesn't help me in anyways as my parents were not born Indian citizen.
Dear Brother please include my name in your list of people in need & dire straights."
