Move to get back jailed Nepalis

Kathmandu: The government has recently formed a panel of officials from
several legal services to make recommendations to the government to 
get back Nepali  citizens lodged in jails abroad on various charges, 
a press release issued by  the International Campaign on the 
Transfer of Sentenced Persons-Nepal (ICTSPN), an NGO, stated on Friday. 

The panel has officials from the ministries of Law,  Home, Foreign Affairs, 
the Supreme Court and the attorney General’s Office, 
acting secretary of the Ministry of Law Justice and Parliamentary, 
Hari Prasad  Neupane, told the ICTSPN which was formed recently to 
start a campaign to bring  back Nepalis lodged in jails abroad.
